Air box pulse bag filter is a new type of bag filter developed on the basis of conventional short bag pulse filter. It not only combines the advantages of compartment back blowing and pulse blowing, but also lengthens the filter bag to give full play to the role of compressed air blowing. The electric control of the dust collector adopts PLC programmable controller.
Characteristics of air box pulse bag filter
1. This dust collector adopts the pulse blowing technology of compartment stop air, which overcomes the shortcomings of conventional pulse dust collector and compartment back blowing dust collector. It has the advantages of low emission concentration, low air leakage rate, low energy consumption, low steel consumption, small floor area, stable operation and good economic benefits. It is applicable to the purification of dusty gas and material recovery in metallurgy, building materials, cement, machinery, chemical industry, electric power and light industry.

As the pulse blowing of air stop in each chamber is used for ash cleaning, the purpose of ash cleaning can be achieved once, so the ash cleaning cycle is extended, the energy consumption for ash cleaning is reduced, and the pressure consumption can be greatly reduced. At the same time, the fatigue degree of the filter bag and the pulse valve is correspondingly reduced, so that the service life of the filter bag and the valve piece is doubled.
3. The maintenance and bag replacement can be carried out in different rooms under the normal operation condition of the system without stopping the system fan. The opening of the filter bag adopts elastic expansion ring, which has good sealing performance and is firm. The service life of the bag is extended and the bag is easy to unload.
4. The upper bag pumping method is adopted. When changing bags, after the framework is pulled out, the dirty bags are put into the ash hopper at the lower part of the box and taken out from the manhole, which determines the operating conditions for changing bags.

5) the dust collector adopts the external filter type. The filter bag of the dust collector is connected with the flower plate by the spring expansion ring, forming the separation of clean air and dusty gas.
6) during ash cleaning, the pulse controller controlled by PLC sends a pulse signal to the electromagnetic pulse valve, and the compressed air is ejected through the blowing pipe to deform the filter bag radially and shake off dust.
7) an access door is set at the top of the dust collector for maintenance and bag change (maintenance, maintenance and bag change of the dust collector can be carried out only outside the machine, without entering the dust collector).
8) the dust collector is equipped with an air inlet distribution system and a filter bag fixing frame, so that the dusty gas entering the dust collector is evenly distributed to each filter bag. The use of the filter bag fixing frame effectively prevents the collision and friction between the filter bags during the dust removal process, which is conducive to the extension of the service life of the filter bag.
9) the air inlet of the dust collector is equipped with a manual control valve at the air inlet. Its closing enables the offline operation of a single compartment of the dust collector, and realizes the maintenance of a single compartment when the dust collector is in normal working condition.
10) the dust collector is equipped with a silo wall vibration device, which can effectively break the arch and ensure the smooth discharge of ash from the ash hopper of the dust collector.
11) the dust collector control system adopts PLC. The whole dust collector control system adopts PLC for automatic control. The electric control cabinet of the dust collector adopts a double-layer sealed door structure to prevent dust and small animals.
